A day out in the city

As I mentioned in my earlier post, I went out to the city last Saturday.
HY and co decided that they wanted to watch a movie that weekend.
It took a long time to decide but we went for 'The Bucket List' in the end.
Not a bad movie. I got a bit teary eyed towards the end... =(

Anywayz... We met in Melbourne Central around 3pm.

Everyone was actually on time... :o

While waiting for our movie to start, we decided to go over to Max Brenner to chill.
[HY didn't have any lunch so that she could indulge in those very evil chocolates...]
I got myself a cup of Dark Magic Crunchy Waffle Balls [can't actually remember the exact name... But it's along that line....]. After 3 months of not drinking anything to do with chocolate [unless you count milo in...], it tasted oh so good.... We also ordered the Waffles.

Oh yeaa. Max Brenner changed their menu [they keep changing it dammit]. Two years ago when I first arrived in Melbourne, when you ordered the waffles, the strawberries came with it. Last year, you had to pay like 2 bucks extra for the strawberries, or ice cream or bananas. It became more expensive to have the full package ><. This year, they have a seperate thing. With the fruits and ice cream, they call it the 'Tutti-Fruitti Waffle' [or something like that]. And it's called the 'Warm Belgium Waffle' [not too sure of the exact name...] without all the fruits and stuff. The whole package was bout... $16. Mannnnn. I don't remember it being so expensive... ><

Enjoying my chocolate...

The 'full package'

We didn't really take our time to enjoy of stuff because we were running kindda late for our movie [ordering took quite some time... couldn't catch any eye contact with any of the waitresses....].

After the movie, we went to 天府川菜馆.
Some might already know, it's a restaurant specialising in 'Si Chuan' dishes.
We ordered the usuals... Since all of us are trying not to eat much nowadays, we only ordered three dishes. And it was just right for all. Everything was wiped clean [well.. most things anywayz].
We ordered, 辣子鸡, 酸菜鱼, 清炒空心菜.

yum yum =D

It wasn't too spicy this time. Everyone was alright =D
My stomach went abit funny the next day though....

During dinner, Fang suggested to drink at my place after dinner. She said she had this red wine at home.... So everyone went back to their place to pack up their stuff.... But guess what?? Fang decided to forget to bring the main character - the red wine ^^""""". Super duper blur....
But we bought a bottle of red and white wine before we left the city so it wasn't too bad.
By the way, I'm not promoting alcohol in any way.
Please be responsible with alcohol ;p

That's about how my day went. XD
Life isn't too bad
